Meet Your Coach

My journey to becoming a Nutrition & Wellbeing Coach began with my own experiences of disordered eating, yo-yo dieting, and body shame. Through years of trial and error, I finally found a sustainable way to balance healthy eating habits and emotional wellbeing. Today, I’m passionate about helping others overcome similar struggles to achieve a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My Journey

Growing up in a family where the idea of healthy eating wasn’t discussed, I later found myself pulled into restrictive diets and the pressure to meet unrealistic body standards. I tried vegetarian, gluten-free, sugar-free, and other diets, always searching for the “right” way to eat. Through my studies and personal journey, I’ve found a balanced way to enjoy food without restriction, exercise for joy and strength, and let go of food guilt—and now I help others do the same.

Through my journey, I’ve also worked with three inspiring coaches who showed me the power of a safe, non-judgemental space and honest communication. I aim to offer my clients that same experience: supportive, compassionate coaching where they can explore their goals and build lasting change.

A Different Approach to Wellbeing

Originally from Lithuania, I moved to the UK in 2013, where I pursued further studies that combined nutrition science and coaching. My coaching philosophy is rooted in self-compassion, balance over restriction, and empowering my clients to develop lasting habits that support both body and mind.

Through my training with Precision Nutrition, I found an evidence-based approach that avoids the all-or-nothing mentality of traditional diets. My work centres on building sustainable behaviours, not perfection. Whether you’re dealing with emotional eating, body image struggles, or simply looking for guidance on healthier habits, I’m here to support you in finding a path that fits into your real life.

My Philosophy

I believe that true wellbeing involves continual learning and growth, with no “perfect” endpoint. My goal is to empower you with knowledge, skills, and strategies to make healthier choices that feel good, both physically and emotionally.

Together, we’ll work to:

  • Break free from all-or-nothing thinking.
  • Overcome guilt around eating.
  • Build self-acceptance and body neutrality.
  • Understand the emotional factors driving your eating habits.
  • Create sustainable, healthy habits that last.

This approach isn’t about restriction but about enjoying food, movement, and self-care in a balanced way that improves your life.
